GAPS is committed to assisting pet owners who desire to be a part of ending pet overpopulation but are unable to afford the cost required to spay/neuter their pets and to assist those pet owners who are unable to afford the medical services to save their pet’s life.
Spay/Neuter Sign UpRecognizing the need to help owners provide medical services for their pets, GAPS was born in 2014 & partners with Purrfurred Pets Veterinary Clinic and other non-profit organizations. We work to provide low/no-cost spay & neuter events and assistance with medical needs. Since our partnership, over 16,000 spay & neuters have been performed!
Learn More About Us 7 Years Of Community Care Over 16,000 Spay/NeutersApproximately 7.6 million companion animals enter animal shelters nationwide every year and roughly 3.7 million are euthanized. Spay & Neuter is the only viable solution in ending pet overpopulation. Accidental litters are the major contributor to the problem.
Cute puppies and kittens are born every day and end up in shelters throughout the country, oftentimes never finding a forever home. Euthanasia is a real and likely outcome for many of these loving, healthy adoptable pets that were left behind.
We work to provide low/no-cost spay & neuter events for those who need help to spay/ neuter their pets. For more formation or to find out about our next event, learn more below.
Through our donations, we help members of our community with other pet medical care as well. We know that pets deserve the best in care, even when you may have trouble affording it.
We are always accepting donations and rely on them to help cover the cost of our pet care programs. If you’re able please make a donation today to help families and pets in our community.
